DreamExchange and Vanriix International Philippines, Inc. form a business alliance to support the DX transformation of Japanese SMEs

DreamExchange, Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Nobuyuki Takiguchi), a mobile communications company, has concluded a basic agreement for a business alliance with Vanriix International Philippines, Inc.

In Japan, many companies continue to face difficulties in securing engineers, but in the Philippines, labor costs are lower than in Japan, and it is relatively easy to secure qualified engineers. Therefore, we have entered into a partnership to start a business that will support Japanese small and medium-sized companies in implementing DX with qualified Filipino engineers.
We plan to start our project after the issuance of travel visas is eased.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, travel visas to Japan are still restricted, but in anticipation of the easing of restrictions on vaccinated individuals, we will be introducing Filipino programmers who can speak Japanese to small and medium-sized companies in Japan from next year.
We also do development outsourcing in the Philippines, where labor costs are low.

Vanriix International Philippines, Inc. was established in the Philippines to develop software for Japanese companies but is now mainly engaged in development projects in the Philippines.
Since the company was established, they have employees who are proficient in development for Japanese companies and have a high ability to provide Japanese language training to Filipino engineers and undertake development to promote DX for Japanese companies.
