Job description
Our company is contracted by major telecommunication carriers and telecommunication equipment manufacturers to perform a variety of tasks.
After carefully analysing the request content, we create specifications/requirements, build a platform and develop applications in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the work.

We are looking forward to receiving applications from aspiring telecommunications engineers and programmers who have experience or are interested in working in the mobile communications field and the development of applications that help improve work efficiency.
Who are we looking for
Mobile communication is a rapidly changing industry. All technologies undergo dramatic changes in a span of 10 years.
Thus, we are looking for individuals with high communication abilities and strong team-work skills who are always willing to take on new challenges.
Selection process
Interview, aptitude test
Education requirements
At least 3 years of work experience

Resume, certificate of graduation, CV.

Additional Information

Starting salary
Master’s degree: fixed salary 289,000 yen
(including fixed overtime of 69,000 yen for 40 hours) + α (depending on skills)

University graduate: fixed salary 276,000 yen
(including fixed overtime of 66,000 yen for 40 hours) + α (depending on skills)

Salary increase
Once a year (April) *Based on performance evaluation
Bonus
Twice a year (August/March) *Depends on business performance
Term of contract
Permanent employment after passing the probationary period
Probationary period
The trial period is about 3 to 6 months. During the trial period, there might be cases when the basic salary is reduced, although we have to mention that those cases are almost non-existent. However, there are cases when some of the benefits are not provided.
Workplace
Head office: Kanda Jimbo-cho, Tokyo
(Depending on work duties may be transfered to Futakotamagawa, Otemachi, etc.)
Working hours
9:00-18:00, 8 hours work (60 minutes break)
Insurance
Health insurance, welfare pension insurance, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, health checkup (once a year)
Allowance
Commuting allowance
Company housing
May be provided in accordance with company regulations.
Holiday/Vacation
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer vacation, New Year’s vacation, special leave (congratulation or condolence, maternity/paternity leave, childcare leave, etc.), paid vacation (10.days granted after 6 months of employment)
Training system
E-learning training is provided for basic knowledge.
For practical work, OJT is provided after the assignment.
Additional E-learning training may be provided depending on the job.
